every time i look up tarkov cheats the first thing people mention is battleye. what even is it and what should i be asking a seller before paying? i don’t want to ask the wrong questions and get sold something nonsense

battleye is the anti-cheat tarkov uses. kernel level, so it sits deep in windows

the real red flag is any seller who says never gets caught or promises it always works. nobody can honestly promise that. the game and the anti-cheat both change

things you can verify. a status page that shows the current state of the product, clear requirements, honest scope, and support you can reach. on this site that’s the Status page, the requirements guide (Windows 10 or 11, HVCI, Core Isolation, TPM, Secure Boot), the raids only scope with a separate Arena key, and tickets or Discord for support

yes. using a cheat breaks the game’s rules, and the developer can take action on any account. we can’t promise otherwise, and we’d be wary of anyone who does. what we can do is be clear about requirements and keep the Status page current
