Tarkov Cheats Not Working? What to Check After a Patch

After a big patch, the product page asks you to check the Status page before you load in. It tells you whether the product is currently marked as active or whether an update is in progress. If a patch just dropped, this single check can save you a lot of time.

You get access to the loader after purchase, and it is the loader that matters after an update. Make sure you are running the current version from your account rather than an old copy you saved earlier.

Confirm that these are all still on:

• HVCI
• Core Isolation
• TPM
• Secure Boot
• Cloud DMA, if you are using it

System updates can sometimes change settings, so it is worth confirming them again. The requirements guide shows how to check each one in Windows. If you use Cloud DMA, confirm that part of your setup is working too, since the product page lists it for full functionality.

This cheat is for main Tarkov raids and uses a separate key from Arena. If you are trying to use it in Arena, it will not do what you expect.

Restart your PC, start from a clean state and run through your usual launch steps again. It sounds basic, but it clears up a surprising number of issues.
