Escape From Tarkov gameplay captured in OBS without cheat overlay visible

Streamproof Tarkov Cheats: What It Means for Streamers and Recorders

Streamproof means the ESP and menu do not show up in your capture. Here is what that covers and what it does not.

If you stream or record your Tarkov raids, you probably have one question about cheats: will anyone see the overlay in my footage? That is what streamproof is about.

What streamproof means

Streamproof means the ESP and menu are not drawn into your capture. The Escape From Tarkov cheats are described as streamproof, with ESP and menus staying off OBS and most capture tools. What you see on your monitor is not what your viewers see.

Why it matters

Beyond viewers, recordings get shared, clipped and reviewed. If an overlay appears in a clip, anyone can see it. Keeping the capture clean removes that particular problem.

What it does not cover

Be realistic about the limits.

  • The wording is “most capture tools”, not every tool. Test your own setup before going live.
  • Streamproof does not change how the game or BattlEye sees your system. It only affects what is captured on screen.
  • Your behavior still shows. Impossible looking aim, or knowing where players are through walls, is noticeable to viewers and to other players.

Test before you go live

Do a short test recording before streaming. Open the menu, turn on ESP, record a few seconds, and play it back. If anything shows up, stop and contact support.

Settings that suit streamers

  • Keep ESP minimal. Fewer labels look more natural on screen.
  • Use a modest aimbot FOV and Only Visible, as covered in our aimbot settings guide.
  • Save a stream friendly config so you can load it quickly.
  • Keep your hotkeys memorized so you never have to fumble in the menu.

Plan and requirements

The product is for main raids, uses a separate key from Arena, and requires Windows 10 or 11 with HVCI, Core Isolation, TPM and Secure Boot turned on. Cloud DMA is required for full functionality. Monthly access is $35 and lifetime is $150.

Get started

You can review features and plans on the streamproof Tarkov cheats page. Check the status page after patches before you start a session, and contact support by ticket or Discord if your capture test shows anything unexpected.
