Checkout flow to buy Tarkov cheats and get access

First time buyer here. How do I buy and get access - do I get a key instantly after checkout, and where do I download from?

I also want to make sure I grab the raids license and not the wrong product. Can someone link the right page so I do not get access to something I did not mean to buy?
