Not a $300 card
Windows 10 or 11. Intel or AMD. HVCI on. Core Isolation on. TPM on. Secure Boot on. Without Cloud DMA you will not get the full feature set. Steps: Setup. FAQ: Is Cloud DMA required?.
Hardware DMA cards are a different budget. This license uses Cloud DMA as a system requirement, not a PCIe card in a case. I do not own that card. I did not want that hobby.
BIOS Secure Boot keys matter on some boards. If the loader fails after a Windows update, re-check firmware. I had to. Windows lied politely. Firmware told the truth.
Phoenix forums sometimes suggest security off. I wanted Windows left on. Phoenix Tarkov.
I googled DMA and saw cards and cases and extra PCs. That is a different hobby. Cloud DMA here is “Windows security on, loader works.” I wanted that sentence.
Loader order that actually worked
Run loader, paste license key, launch Tarkov. If the menu is empty, re-check HVCI and Secure Boot before blaming the patch.
After a BattlEye update, check Updates before you change BIOS settings randomly. I flipped a switch I did not understand once. Do not be me.
Run as admin only if Setup says so. Extra admin launches can trip HVCI on some builds.
Defender flag first launch is normal. Support steps. Reboot. ESP after. Not a detected event.
Status, loader, key, game. I still whisper it. Skip one after a reboot and the menu looks haunted. It is not haunted. You skipped a step.
Grey menu scares
Grey half menu on green Status — walk Setup again. Half my tickets were Secure Boot still off in BIOS, not BattlEye.
Empty ESP on a compliant PC after green return usually means reboot order, not a broken product. Undetected Tarkov Cheats.

What unlocks after it passes

Without Cloud DMA you may see a partial menu. Do not assume ESP is broken until reqs are met. I almost refund-raged. It was firmware.
